A person's contribution may not exceed $5,000 per election. (The primary election and general election are treated as separate elections.)
You must be over the age of 18 and a U.S. Citizen to contribute. By making a contribution you are affirming that you meet these requirements.
Corporations are prohibited from making political contributions. By making a contribution you are affirming that you are making the contribution in your individual capacity and without the use of funds belonging to or provided by a corporation.
You must provide your principal occupation, job title and name of your employer.
If your spouse is an attorney you must disclose his/her name and employment information.
